What are the dimensions of The Rambling Pearl?

Do you have insurance?
We carry general liability insurance as well as liquor liability.
How far will you travel?
We are based in the New Orleans metro area. The Rambling Pearl can travel further but additional fees will apply. Book out of town events as early as possible so we can plan for travel.
Who are your bartenders?
All bartenders have the Responsible Vendor License and can assist with planning a customized drink menu.
What is your payment and refund policy?
A 50% deposit will be required to book your reservation. The remaining balance is due on your event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not receive a refund for the deposit. Rescheduling is always an option.
What does the rambling pearl require for set-up?
We require flat ground for set-up and service, access for set-up and break down, and two standard outlets (we can add a generator to your package if you don't have access to electricity). There are two serving windows. One on the passenger side and one in the rear.
Gratuity?
"Host gratuity" is most common for private events. The tip jar is eliminated and the host pays 20% gratuity of the total cost of bartending services.
